Returns Policy


RETURN YOUR FULL PRICE ITEM FOR A STORE CREDIT WITHIN 30 DAYS OR FOR A REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS:
When you shop online, we understand that you need a generous returns policy to give you the confidence to shop - just in case something isn't quite right!

We want you to feel unrestricted to explore your style, so if what you purchase is not quite right, we are happy to process a refund strictly within 14 days or exchange/ credit within 30 days, provided that the garment is in perfect, resalable, unworn condition with all tags attached. If you'd like to exchange your garment for a different size or style, contact us right away so that we can place the different garment on hold while awaiting your return. Shushu Boose is not liable for lost parcels so please make sure you return your garment using tracked postage. Once we receive the garment that you have returned to us, we'll send you an invoice for any difference in price. We will then send your exchange garment to you and cover the postage. This is valid once per order only. Please contact us if you have any questions about this, we'll always do our best to make sure you're happy!

RETURN YOUR SALE ITEM OR DISCOUNTED ITEM FOR A STORE CREDIT
WITHIN 14 DAYS:

Any returns of SALE/DISCOUNTED items must be made within 14 days of receipt. Your returns parcels must include the returns slip we provided to you with your original purchase. Failure to honour the terms of our Returns Policy could result in your return being unidentifiable as your property, or, posted back to you at your expense. Our returns policy follows the ACCC consumer law guidelines; we will under no circumstance accept the return of already worn, damaged or non-saleable items unless deemed faulty prior to you posting the garments.


FOR HYGIENE AND QUALITY CONTROL REASONS,
THESE 
ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED:
  • underwear or bikini bottoms
  • earrings for pierced ears
  • chocolate or food products
  • cosmetics
  • candles

Please keep in mind that your return can take up to 7 days to reach us depending on the shipping method you select. All refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. We recommend you use tracked postage methods only for all return parcels as Shushu Boose is not liable for returns that are not received.

All refunds will be processed via the payment method that was used to place the original order. Eg. If you paid with Paypal, your refund will go straight back into your Paypal account. If you paid with AfterPay, you will be refunded all instalments paid so far and released from your fortnightly payment schedule.
